Meet the Team

Meet Tania Rojo, LPC

I’m Tania.

I’m a bilingual, faith-based therapist who believes healing is about more than getting through hard seasons—it’s about learning to thrive. My goal is to help you feel safe, reconnect with yourself, recognize your strengths, and grow closer to God.

I created Oriyah Mental Health from my own journey of transformation. I understand what it’s like to carry pain, shame, and grief, and I also know the freedom that can come from healing. “Oriyah” means divine light, and to me, it represents the light within each of us—a light that may feel dimmed by trauma, stress, or loss, but is never truly gone.

My hope is to provide a space where you feel seen, supported, and free to be yourself as you work toward greater peace and wholeness.

A Little About Me

I’m a wife, mom, and someone who believes in finding joy in the simple things. I love dancing, singing karaoke, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with a good comedy or mystery. I also love being outdoors, where I can slow down, reflect, and recharge.

Faith & practice

Rooted in Christian faith, when that’s meaningful to you.

I take a faith-based approach to counseling, rooted in my Christian faith and guided by the example of Jesus, who welcomed and cared for every person in need. Having a faith—or where you are in your faith journey—does not disqualify you from seeking counseling with me. I meet clients exactly where they are, without judgment or shame.
